Article 1 : Objet

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Deux pas en avant Managed by Saunier Vanessa and Moulin Charline residing at 913 rue de montasinos bat 13 esc 13 34090 Montpellier and its customers within the framework of the sale of slippers and other derivatives. Any service provided by the company Deux pas en avant implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 2 :  Product presentation

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the sections displayed in the menu of our site.

The photographs do not enter the contractual field.

The responsibility of the company Deux pas en avant cannot be engaged if errors occur. All texts and images presented on the site of the company Deux pas en avant are reserved, for the entire world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 : Period of validity of sales offers

The products are offered for sale while stocks last for some brands, however, are produced to order.

For grouped orders, the production time is one month.

In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail or by post.

Article 4 : Product prices

The sections of our site indicate the prices in euros all taxes included, excluding postage and other charges (packaging etc.). The shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products by the customer.

Deux pas en avant reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is recorded.

The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that the Deux pas en avant company would be required to grant in view of its results or the assumption by the purchaser of certain services. No discount will be granted for early payment.

Article 5 : Order

The customer validates his order when he activates the link "Confirm your order" at the bottom of the "Summary of your order" page after having accepted these conditions of sale.

Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors.

The company Deux pas en avant confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by the company constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

This is archived by the company under the legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department.

Article 6 : Terms of payment

The payment of orders is made by paypal check (mail), bank transfer, credit card.

When registering the order, the buyer must pay the full amount of the invoice.

Article 7 : Withdrawal period

The Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of costs.

If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company will reimburse the Purchaser for all the sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which this right was exercised.

New products must be returned in their original packaging, labels (size, leather logo and brand label), unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the order number to the following address:

Article 8 : Applicable law

Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will be competent.

In the event of a difficulty or complaint during an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.

Article 9 : Shipping

All products are delivered without any guarantee as to time. The delivery date varies depending on their address.

It is fixed, for an address in mainland France, on the day of payment + approximately 8 days for products whose stock is in France.

For products made to order in the EU zone are shipped after the product has been made, i.e. about fifteen working days outside the summer period or the manufacturing time is approximately one month, the shipping time varies depending on the postal service, on average it is 15 days.

The delivery time indicated during the registration of the order is given only as an indication and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer's benefit to:

• the award of damages;

• cancellation of the order.

The risk of transport is borne in full by the buyer. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods.

These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered mail.

Article 10 : Computing and Freedom

The information collected by two steps forward during a customer's order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the two step forward service providers involved in the execution of the transaction.

The customer is informed that these same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of order analysis and the fight against credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning him.

Article 11 : Return / exchange

The return is the responsibility of the customer, the exchange will be validated once the goods have been received at the headquarters of the company (or the manufacturer). The product (s) must be returned in its original packaging, with labels (size, leather logo and brand label), unworn, unwashed, undamaged, within 14 days after receipt of the product. The free return * is canceled during a promotion canceling the shipping costs for the buyer. In this case the buyer bears the costs of the return and exchange.

Shipping costs are free from 99 euros of purchase (For France). If one of the products involves reimbursement and the total amount of the order after the cancellation of one of the products is less than 99 euros, postal pricing is applied.

If your exchange does not meet all the conditions above, we give ourselves the right not to accept the return.

Return costs for a refund are the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 12 : Promotions

Shipping costs are free from 99 euros of purchase. This promotion is calculated based on a pair at the normal price (excluding any promotion). If the buyer chooses several models in the promotion category, the shipping costs will not be offered.

Deux pas en avant reserves the right not to validate orders if promotions / sales / promo codes are accumulated.You will have the possibility to choose between two proposed solutions. Or pay the difference by having only one valid promotion on your order (the most advantageous). Or to reimburse you in full for your order.

Deux pas en avant allows customers to benefit from products at an advantageous price when ordering together. This is not managed by the company so it is not responsible if a product does not suit the buyer. Deux pas en avant reserves the right to modify when closing the grouped order to modify certain products if there has been an error. The buyer does not benefit from an exchange or reimbursement of his product if the order was made via a group order.

For any information, question or complaint, the customer can contact the Company's Customer Relations department from Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
